This is a brand new Lowe Brand Auger Bit Round Shaft Extension. This will allow your 2 9/16″ Round Auger an additional 48″ of digging depth. We also have Hex Extensions and Round Extensions in the following sizes: – 24″ – 36″ – 48″ These are built to standard auger bit sizes, which has a hex configuration at a 2″ shaft and a round configuration of 2 9/16″.
