Availability:

$ 20.26

Description One year at the Van Dusen Garden Show David Tarrant gave a talk by making a bouquet of flowers from around the world. When he revealed a branch of Buddleia globosa in full bloom the entire crowd released a collective gasp of plant lust. This unique butterfly bush has clusters of perfectly spherical tangerine balls in early summer. The leaves are rich green and nicely textured with whitish undersides. Native to the southern Andes. Blooms on old wood so trim right after flowering only if needed.
