$ 15.20

Description Anemone hupehensis Fantasy ‘Ariel’ is a vigorous, clumping Japanese anemone prized for its late-summer and fall blooms. The compact mounds of deeply cut foliage are attractive through the season but in late summer produce masses of single, saucer-shaped, magenta-pink petals around contrasting bright yellow centres. The flowers are held on strong, upright stems to 18 inches tall and bloom longer than most anemones from late July until frost. This cultivar belongs to the Fantasy series of anemones bred for compact growth, strong stems, and abundant, colourful late summer flowers. Perfect for borders, containers, woodland, pollinator, and cut flower gardens. Attracts pollinators. Deer resistant.
