Description Agapanthus ‘Blush Pink’ is the first ever, pink blooming lily-of-the-Nile! The spherical umbels of two-tone flowers with white bases and pink tips sit atop 24 inch stems over a long period of bloom and rebloom in summer. The bright green strappy foliage that offer a subtropical feel even when plants are not in bloom. Provide winter protection in cooler zones. Lily-of-the-Nile are gorgeous, subtropical-looking, long-blooming plants. They thrive in full sun and fertile, moist, well-drained soil. Drought tolerant once established. Awesome in the perennial border, grown in swaths, and in containers (where many gardeners find Agapanthus easier to bloom). A great cut flower. Mulch each winter with fallen leaves or protect from freezing in its pot by moving to a frost-free area. Hummingbird and bee attractor. Deer resistant. Cultivar name: ‘Dwaghybpi’.
