Description Echinacea ‘Fried Egg’ is a fully double coneflower bred for its sweetly scented, long lasting flowers that offer a two-toned effect with creamy white rays around egg yolk yellow centres that will bloom all summer long into fall. The compact plants will reach just 16 inches high and stay tight and uniform with dense, green foliage serving as a contrasting foil. Ideal for containers and small spaces including cottage, pollinator, and cut flower gardens, and near the front of perennial borders. Echinacea in coastal BC should be planted in hot, dry, sunny spots with thin, average to poor soils for best overwintering. Pollinator magnet. Deer resistant.
