Description Acacia pravissima, the ovens wattle, is a fast-growing large shrub or small tree with evergreen triangular, blue-green leaves that clasp the stems. In late winter or early spring the stems are adorned with spheres of soft yellow, honey-scented flowers. Attracts early season native bees. Well-drained soil, sheltered positions. Or grow in a container and store above freezing in colder zones.
